Angels Match Inc. ("Angels Match", "we", "us", or "our") operates an online platform that connects founders, startups, angel investors, venture funds, and family offices for networking, information sharing, and investment facilitation purposes.

Angels Match is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or investment crowdfunding portal. Nothing on this platform constitutes a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy or sell securities.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Angels Match. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@angelsmatch.com of any unauthorized use.

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about yourself, your company, or any investment opportunity.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the platform without our prior written consent.
• Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Do not use the platform to transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code.

Investing in early-stage companies involves a high degree of risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Angels Match does not verify the accuracy of information posted by users. Conduct your own due diligence before making any investment decision.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the platform are owned by or licensed to Angels Match. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By posting content on Angels Match, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angels Match and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
